Osasuna v Barcelona

Osasuna face a difficult task at home in week 9 of La Liga when they take on league leaders Barcelona at home. Barcelona are coming off of a lop-sided victory at home in their most recent match.

Osasuna are presently in 10th place of the league table with 11 points on the season. They sit 1 point behind 9th place Espanyol and they are one point ahead of 11th place Athletic Bilbao. Osasuna played to a 1-1 draw away to Racing de Santander at the Estadio El Sardinero. There is good news to report this week on the injury front, as manager Jose Antonio Camacho will once again be able to count on Aranda , Masoud, and Roversio.

Barcelona have had a very good week as in addition to winning their Copa Del Rey fixture on Wednesday they also won their previous league match by a score of 6-1 over the recently promoted Real Zaragoza. Thanks to that victory, Barsa have 22 points on the year and sit 3 points ahead of the second place Real Madrid. The Cules are the only undefeated team in the league.
