Everton v Chelsea L I V E !

Everton have it all to do this week when they take on league leaders Chelsea in a midweek Premier League fixture. The Toffees were losers away from home in their last game.

David Moyes squad were away to Liverpool on Saturday and fell by a score of 1-0 at Anfield Road.  A Dirk Kuyt goal in the 2nd half was the difference and the Toffees also lost South African midfielder Pienaar to a red card in that game meaning he will not be available. Everton sit in 9th place of the Premiership log with 32 points and sit 2 points behind 8th place Birmingham City and 1 point ahead of the 10th place Fulham.  Fellaini, Hibbert and Jagielka are out this week while Yobo is listed as doubtful.

The Blues were at home to Arsenal on Sunday and scored a 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge. Didier Drogba scored both goals for the Blues.  Through 25 games on the season they have posted 18 wins, 4 draws and 4 losses for 58 points and they sit atop the Premier League table with 58 points, 2 ahead of the 2nd place Manchester United. Manager Carlo Ancelotti  will be missing Michael Essien to injury while Belletti and Bosingwa are doubtful.
