Dynamo Kiev v Barcelona

Dynamo Kiev have it all to do on the final match day in Group F of the Champions League when they play host to the defending champion Barcelona. The Ukrainian champs will need a victory and some help in order to advance to the next stage.

The side managed by Valery Gazzayev are presently in last place of group F with 5 points. They sit 1 point behind both 2nd place Inter Milan and 3rd place Rubin Kazan. In their most recent match, Dynamo won away from home by a score of 0-1 over Chernomorets Odessa with Yussuf scoring the goal. When these two teams met earlier in the group stage, Barcelona took the 3 points with a 2-0 victory.

The visiting Barcelona currently lead Group F with 8 points which are the product of 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. In their most resent math the Cules won away to Deportivo La Coruna by a score of 1-3 with Messi scoring a brace. A draw in this match would be enough for Barcelona to advance to the knock out stage. Of note, Barcelona are the only club in the Spanish first division yet to have lost a game. Their only loss of the year came in the Champions League when they fell to Rubin Kazan at home
